I wanted to pay homage to Manchester the city i grew up in, as i have now lived in London the capital for nearly a decade.Talent is around every corner in the city of Manchester and i have witnessed this from an early age. Everyone has a friend, a brother, a sister a class mate or some connection that expresses themselves through Music. When I first moved to London in 2009 and i found that the people in the capital had only heard of Wrigz or Shifty due to freestyles on Tim Westwood's platform and songs that were released on 'Channel U’. For years i watched the Manchester scene grow from a distance. Artist like Bugzy Malone and his contribution to music has also enticed some of my friends in London to pay more attention to artist emerging out of my home town. In this episode of The Train Podcast I have decide to talk about artist K-Loose as we attended the same college. I like his music, the energy he portrays and the direction he decided to take with his most recent project ‘Interstellar’.
