Behind the Scenes: Railex System 650 Garment on Hanger Sorting Conveyor in Action

We're putting our System 650 Garment-on-Hanger sorting conveyor through its paces during installation. Integrated with RFID technology, this system automatically diverts garments across 25 sort lanes based on RFID read data. In this video, we're testing switch performance and RFID read/divert accuracy — validating that garments move seamlessly from the steam tunnel straight to their designated divert lane, fully automated with no operator intervention required. Built on the proven platform of our System 635 pin conveyor, and designed and manufactured entirely in the USA by Railex.
