Designed and produced in Burnley for a globally renowned gift manufacturer that wanted a high speed gift wrapping machine that gave a perfect and traditional hand wrap finish. Able to run up to 50 products per minute this Gift Wrapping machine is ideal for businesses that need to wrap large volumes of items in short time frames. This flexible machine has been designed to use a large variety of different types of paper sheets to gift wrap your products but can also be manufactured with a reel option. The gift wrapping machine uses servo technology to operate a 3 glue dot system which enables the product to only be wrapped with a minimal amount of glue to ensure that each product is produced with a perfect hand wrap finish. Each size of box to be gift wrapped is assigned a set of quick change over parts and its own individual servo settings to achieve maximum speeds from our gift wrapper. We also have designed a sister machine which is capable of using a different range of over-wrapping materials such as cellophane and polypropylene to wrap boxed items such as DVDs, phones, cigarette boxes and many more.
