Here's an hour of Reiki to release energies that do not want to let you go. To receive this energy, relax and let it flow to you. As with any Reiki session, you may want to drink extra water during and/or afterward (especially if you are dealing with rather difficult or stagnant energies); this helps the Reiki integrate. If you want to play this (and/or any other) video in the background, that is perfectly fine. (a caveat: none of this is medical advice, I am not a medical professional, and Reiki is meant to be used in conjunction with professional care and support, not instead of it. the same tends to go for energy work in general; the idea is to give the energy more opportunities to manifest in your life by applying the necessary physical efforts. p.s., unless otherwise has been explicitly stated, do not use these videos while driving or operating heavy machinery. they can wait.) If you feel the need to ground yourself after watching this video, then I would recommend following up with either Reiki for deep grounding (   • Reiki for deep grounding  ), Reiki for Deep(er) Grounding (   • Reiki for Deep(er) Grounding  ), Reiki for the Root Chakra (   • Reiki for the Root Chakra  , or the grounding exercise of your choice.
