Transforming Love

Guest speaker Philip Pattison, Executive Director of Foster the City, preaches from Luke 10:25–37. Here Jesus tells the story of the Good Samaritan and challenges us to move beyond only knowing what is right to actually living it. The good news is that Jesus doesn’t simply tell us to become the Good Samaritan—He is the Good Samaritan. When we recognize how deeply we have been loved and rescued by Jesus, we can begin to move toward the vulnerable around us with that same transforming love.
