Swarm check - Did the queen get released?

It has been four days since I put a mated Queen into this hive. What happened, is I caught two swarms one very large one and one small neither of which had a Lane Queen after a week . Therefore, I got a mated Queen from my local beekeeper and placed her inside the swarm four days ago. Upon my successful inspection, they had almost released the queen the candy was 95% chewed away, so I felt very confident that they accepted her and I could release her onto the frames and that she would start laying!  #alabama #bee #beekeeping #farmlife #homestead
