Historical Video Series: Wasaga Beach

This video shows Wasaga Beach as it looked in the early 1990's. A lot has changed! Some of the buildings in the Beach Mall burned down in 1997 and there is a dome entertainment complex there now. The waterslides are gone and have been replaced by a children's splash pad. What has not changed is the vibrancy of this particular area of the beach. It's still a magnet for young people. The food, nightclubs and cars continue to make this area as popular as it has always been.
