LFC#174 - [Fail] Dell 7720 No Power Rabbit hole

So this is a failed board-repair video, I got so far, but ultimately reached the point of "nah m8 we're done." But I figured I'd edit an post it, because I fell into a lot of traps along the way by being a little too gung-ho off the back of my last successful board repair. I think there's a lot to learn from this failed run.
