MK-1 Cylinder Lubricating Pump Assembly, Step by Step | Glyd-Ring at 80 °C, 90 bar Pressure Test

How to assemble a Wärtsilä cylinder lubricating pump in 33 steps: cleaning, bore scope and burr checks, KOENIG sealing plugs, the feed rate spacer (40 Nm), injection pistons, casing onto base, crosswise cap screws, check valves (6 Nm), the main piston spring, the cover sleeve, fitting the glyd-ring at 80 °C with the right assembling bush, the control piston function check, and the over pressure test at 90 bar for 5 minutes on an electric test bench. It finishes with the solenoid valve and the pressure transmitter. For each step you get what to do, which tool to use and why, and how to prove the pump is good before it goes back on the engine.
