HalloWEEEN/Jack-o'-Lantern colored AI Tournament that you can either trick it or treat it out

NOTE: I didn't fully get my motivation/interest back in making videos still and only did this because the idea sounded super cool for a themed tourney, so i'm still taking an indefinite break from those. Thematic MUGEN tourney where every character has to be under the exact same colors as a pumpkin/Jack-o'-Lantern, no matter the color shading, in the sprites, outfits, or whatever on default color or they will get the boot. This idea came to me after seeing an uptick in color themed MUGEN tourneys like always i decided to cash in like i always do and make this a reality. There's also may be a couple of surprises wink wink along the way which is why things are being done in a much different format than usual. All characters should be around High 5th to 4th Div, with some having to get configured in order to compete. They will be revealed in the video as well One more thing, that this might be the last tourney I will possibly ever do, at least until a long-ish time due to personal reasons and i would rather focus on making more MUGEN streams & other stuff. They're still fun as hell to make and enjoy making them but it's complicated. (This is very highly to change)
