My first day in Pakistan (Gilgit-Baltistan) 🇵🇰

Cycling The World - Ep. 9 In this episode of my journey to travel the world on a bicycle, I am documenting my first day in Pakistan, in the region of Gilgit-Baltistan to be specific. Having just arrived from China, as I crossed the Khunjerab Pass, with 4700m the world's highest border crossing, I will share my first impressions of Northern Pakistan. My plan is to continue cycling the Karakoram Highway towards Islamabas, the countries capital, but the journey will be interrupted by many side trips: The first of which will be a visit to the Chapursan Valley, a remote valley located in the far Northwest of Pakistan, and stretching all the way to Afghanistan. It is supposed to be very beautiful, but little did I know, there would also be some dangers I will have to face...
