How to Unlock an MSD Distributor (Restore Mechanical Advance)

The MSD Pro Billet Distributor from my old 440 was "locked out" meaning the mechanical advance mechanism was removed/locked into place. Now, that works great for some applications where you want all of your timing, all of the time. For our new more street friendly setup, I want the mechanical advance to work as intended, adding and removing timing based on RPM.
