Controversy! The Facts and Timeline re: Pelikan Hub (Flub) 2026

Bonjour, c'est moi! I'm sure you've heard of the controversy with the Pelikan Hub 2026. This video is meant to provide clarity on the timeline and the actual events that led to the hurt and alienation that beloved members of our global community are feeling about being disinvited from the Hub after having been confirmed upon registration. In addition, as a Hubmaster for one of these large events, a professional project manager, and an escalations specialist with 25 years of experience, I wanted to share my perspective and provide some additional context around what happened and how some of the resulting hurt and confusion might have been mitigated. The thing is, this started out as a corporate marketing event for a brand. But whether intentionally or not, people's feelings are involved now. And in my opinion, once that became clear, it should have changed the way this was handled from soup to nuts. The result has been widespread confusion, hurt, and a sense of alienation among members of our community. If you have questions or comments, leave them down below or feel free to contact me.
