Breaking the Ice

With the season slowly approaching and I become more and more anxious to play, I decided to take a walk down memory lane of my most recent off season and bring you all with me. We call this 'Breaking the Ice". Often times, even with years of experience - people tend to forget about evolution and adaptation. Everything grows and everything improves, including the game of basketball. So Dash did the honors of reminding me what it's like to learn the fundamentals of the game again, I must say - I enjoyed this more than I thought! I hope you all do too.
