Ryan McMahon - This House is Not For Sale - LIVE at Ladysmith Days 2026

Of all the songs I've amassed in 25+ years, one that never gets a night off is "This House is Not For Sale." I wrote This House for in honour of my Grandparents' place here in Ladysmith BC, where I grew up, and the opportunity to play it at every show gives me a few moments with them again & again, which is sacred each time. Here's a live version, captured this past summer by my friends Steve Adamson on sound, & Sean Lyons behind the camera.
