Weekend Days In My Life | Vlogtober | Cozy day in, homemade soup, Fall vibes | Exploring Seattle🍁

Spend the weekend with me | I had a very relaxing and productive weekend. Saturday was a nice quiet day in and Sunday we went out to explore some beautiful places! 🍁 Saturday I made sopita con papa, a childhood favorite of mine that is perfect for days when I am feeling under the weather. Then I spent the rest of the day resting and watching Gilmore Girls. Sunday we went out to explore Seattle and saw some beautiful fall foliage. We visited the University of WA and it was absolutely stunning! Then we had some of the best burgers in Downtown and then headed home to watch some WandaVision before calling it a night. Thank you so much for spending the weekend with me! I hope you remember to rest and enjoy time for yourself. 💕 __________________________________________________________________ Sopita Recipe: 1 bag pasta of choice 1-2 russet poatoes 1 can no salt added tomato sauce 1-2tbsp Chicken bouillon (depending how salty you want it) garlic powder 2-4 cups water depending how soupy you want it Directions: toast the pasta with some oil and get it slight brown then add garlic power and tomato sauce, stir together slowly add water then chicken bouillon Dice up the potatoes and add to pot bring to a boil then simmer on low until pasta is tender.
