Simpson washer not agitating. Checked and replaced motor start capacitor 12uF. 400Vac. Simpson Espirit 550. Refer to part 2 of video to view steps on changing the motor control unit. Both the motor capacitor and motor control should be changed at the same time. A failing motor capacitor will cause the motor control unit to overheat and gradually fail with intermittent agitator operation.
