Why I am the Most Hunted on This SMP?

Why am I the Most Hunted on This SMP? In this video I join the BlissSMP where when you spawn in you get a cool looking gem. There are 6 different gems kinda like the infinity stones and each gem gives you a unique superpower. Problem, I can't use my gem because I'm constantly having to hide from other players seeking out to hunt me down and kill me.
