Powerfully Unashamed II | Jenny Roebert | FaithLIFE 10.18.26

What is one of the greatest threats facing the Church today? Ps. Jenny Roebert argues that it is not persecution, hardship, or opposition—it is ignorance of who we are in Christ and what already lives within us. 🔥 In this message from Faith Life Naples, Jenny teaches from Romans 1:16–17 that the Gospel is not merely a message about going to Heaven someday. The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation—a living, working power that transforms the believer and equips us to represent Jesus in this world. Hosea 4:6 says God’s people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge. When believers remain ignorant of their identity in Christ, they can live beneath the authority, freedom, righteousness, and victory Jesus purchased for them. But when revelation comes, shame begins to disappear and confidence in Christ takes its place. That is what it means to become powerfully unashamed. 🙌 Jenny teaches that the believer is a new creation. According to 2 Corinthians 5, Jesus took our sin so that we could become the righteousness of God in Him. Our identity is no longer rooted in the old nature, past failures, fear, condemnation, or what circumstances say about us. Our identity is rooted in Christ. Galatians 2:20 declares, “It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.” The Christian life is not about trying harder to manufacture the life of God—it is learning to recognize, believe, and cooperate with the One who already lives within us. That requires faith. Faith does not come by continually studying the problem. Faith comes as we hear, meditate on, imagine, and become persuaded by the truth of God’s Word. Jenny compares this to the twelve spies in Numbers 13: ten focused on the giants, while Joshua and Caleb focused on the promise. Abraham also chose to become fully persuaded by what God had promised rather than by what appeared possible in the natural. Whatever you continually focus on becomes magnified in your thinking. So what are you magnifying? The problem—or the promise? The symptoms—or the Healer? The opposition—or the greater One who lives within you? Romans 1 says the righteous shall live by faith. Faith is not an occasional response when circumstances become difficult; it is the believer’s way of life. ✨ In this message: • Why ignorance limits believers from walking in what Christ provided • What it means to be powerfully unashamed of the Gospel • Your identity as the righteousness of God in Christ • Why the power of God already lives within the believer • How faith and the Holy Spirit work together • Why renewing your mind is essential to victorious living • What Joshua, Caleb, and Abraham teach about focusing on God’s promises • How meditation and imagination can cooperate with the Word • Why believers must live from faith to faith • How loving Jesus allows His life and power to flow through us Jenny closes by emphasizing two foundational truths: refuse ignorance and love Jesus. As we turn our attention toward Him, become established in His Word, and live conscious of our union with Christ, His grace and power can flow freely through our lives. You are not powerless. You are not without an answer. You are not called to live ashamed of the Gospel. Know who you are in Christ. Know who lives within you. And live powerfully unashamed. 🔥 📖 Scriptures include: Romans 1:16–17 Hosea 4:6 2 Corinthians 5:17, 21 2 Corinthians 2:14 Galatians 2:20 Hebrews 11:6 1 Corinthians 6:17 Numbers 13 Colossians 2:3 1 John 3:8 1 John 4:17 John 10:10 ⛪ Join us at Faith Life Naples Sunday Service — 10 AM Monday School — 7 PM 📍 FSW Collier Campus Building J — Business & Technology Center 7505 Grand Lely Drive Naples, FL 34113 Main Service — J-103 & J-104 Faith Life Kids — J-125 🔗 Connect With Faith Life Naples 🌐 Website: https://faithlifeworshipcenter.com 📸 Instagram:   / faithlifenaples   👍 Facebook:   / faithlifenaples   ▶️ Subscribe for more Spirit-filled Bible teaching on your identity in Christ, righteousness, faith, the Holy Spirit, healing, spiritual authority, and victorious Christian living. #FaithLifeNaples #JennyRoebert #PowerfullyUnashamed #IdentityInChrist #Faith #HolySpirit #Righteousness #NaplesChurch
