This application is a #trough #belt #conveyor with #food #grade #belting for #loose #cereal. Fabricated in stainless steel. It has a quick release belt for easy cleaning and removal. For the purpose of this video we used polystyrene but the end product was cereal. It was supplied with no legs as it was integrated into existing machinery. A trough belt conveyor is a material handling system designed to keep loose products securely centered on the conveyor belt. The belt runs over specially fabricated metal or plastic supports that create a trough-shaped profile, with sloped sides forming a "U" or "V" shape.
