I may have viewed that morning through the Rule of Thirds. Then Jeff offered an exciting workshop on flare use and safety. Many of us had never actually held an emergency flare, much less fired an aerial flare gun. Jeff is an awesome instructor! Then Nancy suggested “It's time to call it a day.” Still inspired by that morning in Seal Bay, the artist-child in me may have flown a kite and made a young friend on my way toward Burnt Coat Harbor on Swans Island. I finally let my rubber band relax all the way back home.
