Cassava Cake is a traditional Filipino snack usually made with grated cassava, coconut milk, milk, and a layer of molten custard on top. This recipe has a twist, instead of using fresh cassava, cassava flour becomes the substitue and this cake has a soft, slightly chewy texture too.
