I've been sharing a lot about Anchored Values™ lately, but I wanted to take you behind the scenes and actually show you what I've created. Writing this book, developing the framework, and building the Companion Toolkit and Values Deck has been an incredible experience. It's brought together years of my thinking, experience, and approach to leadership into something tangible and practical. And I'm genuinely proud of it!
