Nioh 3 EOJ+7 Kunimatsu Caestus Spear Tonfa Talons ethereal sway (DoE, Jakotsu)

Yeah, this guy's a pain but a good pain. I like him more now. Hard to keep the pressure, and he can come back with retaliation towards the end of his ki bar, offense is just as good a regenerative tool as running away. Took several days, nearly hgad him some earlier points but I decided to grind more armour and rebuild and reequip cos that's more fun. Doesn't part with his amrita for the gauge very readily. Lots of aoe, lots of future pressure, hyper armour at the right times, and with that hyper armour at the right times, the disengagement to readvantage himself, reminded me of Malenia it did, like, or what people think of Malenia inspired it, chance. Tough cookie for sure. Think his 4 tornadoes warp burst is actually easier on EOJ for the speed. Parried a bit but not quite to death like a lot of fights of him do, but then again that's a little not wanting to, a lot skill issue. Also that just seems really slow. Shadowstitch good as always, good choice for blocking foes cos you can hammer their guard without them doing anything to stop that. Ethereal Sway certainly helped, I used summoning seals' property of blocking attacks to my advantage greatly. Also, strong with ultimate magic I think I've got on, and that 30% increase skill. Still got a little of my signature swag in there, a little pole dance, a funny little dropkick, even square danced near the end. He's not a favourite but I appreciate what a menace he is. Also, coming around on the looks. He's a bit ugly in his projectiles and attack arcs, like his flowing shadow looks weird, right? but not in an ugly way if that makes sense. I think given time and training and maybe the right weapons I could sauce on him a bit more, but I'm happy to move on. Next stop, Takasugi Shinsaku! He should be easier, right?......right..? gulp
