Rateški krapi / Rateče dumplings [AlpFoodway 3/5]

V sklopu projekta AlpFoodway pripravljamo serijo petih kratkih dokumentarnih filmov o prehranski dediščini na Gorenjskem. Tretji film predstavlja rateške krape. V nekaterih gospodinjstvih v Ratečah jih še danes najdemo na jedilniku kot samostojno, preprosto jed. Within the AlpFoodway project, we are preparing a series of five short documentary films on the food heritage of the Gorenjska region. The third one presents the Rateče dumplings. In some households in Rateče, they are still regularly found on the menu as a simple independent dish.
