It's difficult for those with Autism, ADHD, or AUDHD to keep focus on something. Especially if it's not of interest, then good luck tryna push them into learning it.. But even when it comes to things they do enjoy, even that's difficult in of itself to get into (or so the brain makes us think). It's way easier to get into something than you think, just a matter of finding the flow that works for you alongside a backup plan should anything disrupt it.
