Live2D Chibi Model Rigging - Midnight Animation Stream

Tonight it's a bit different, not a midnight ART stream, but an ANIMATION stream, cause we're rigging and (hopefully) animating the Chibi Fanatic Cultist model we made in the last art stream! I've touched up a few parts and added some extra pieces to keep it working in order! It's been a while since I last rigged so expect some confusion, but this should be a fun simple project!
