Crystal of Atlan Bounty Hunter PvP #1

Another class in CoA that's balanced. Her playstyle felt average, I think Bounty Hunter got a similar skill ceiling to Cloud Strider except her skills are easier to catch people off guard cause of no wind up. Also the evasion passive is kind of broken since it lets you avoid and escape from enemy skills which is a bit annoying if you're going against BH using a 1-hitter skills like most SB's skill.
