WE EXPLORED THE OLD RILEY HILL SCHOOL - WENDELL, NC | NORTH CAROLINA URBEX

We explored the Old Riley Hill School in Wendell, NC! It first opened its doors in 1927-28 and served as a segregated school that taught the rural African American children in the area. It ran as a school until 1970 when it shut down, eventually getting getting bought by the Riley Hill Baptist Church in 1991. It was then used as a family life center up until the 2000s where it sat obsolete for years.
