NEW S+ Tier BEST CODA Hunter Build! 93.8% DR & 5.07x Rocket Damage!

Step-by-Step Gameplay Loop & Breakdown for This Build Step 1: Use your Smoke Bomb + grenade. This will weaken and jolt the targets and give you Radiant. Step 2: Dodge. This will refund your Smoke Bomb, proc Winter's Shroud for 50% DR, slow everything around you so they take 10% more weapon damage, give you Light Shift x1 for 11% more weapon damage, and create a Strand clone. Step 3: Instantly kill a trash add with Mint + the Slice perk. This will instantly create a Woven Mail hotspot. Then switch to your rocket and kill some adds. Now you have CODA x4 procced for 40% DR, and since you've gotten more than 2 kills at this point, your dodge will be refreshed. Step 4: Dodge again. This will collect nearby orbs that you created earlier using Siphon mods + Reaper. Now you have Frost Armor + Surges active, along with everything that happened in Step 2, but this time you have Light Shift x2 for 22% more damage. Step 5: Repeat Step 3 and just keep the loop running by getting some kills here and there with Hothead and Mint. Weapons The primary we got for this build is also an absolute best fit and insanely satisfying to use. Graviton Spike also deals a ton of damage with these buffs active, and it can also self-trigger Dark & Light polarity and the x4 CODA bonus. Hothead is seriously the best rocket in the game, especially with Bakris. Here are all the damage buffs we're stacking: Light Shift x3: 33% damage boost +10% damage vs. Slowed enemies Radiant: 20% (+10% vs. Champions = 30%) 15% Weaken Arc Surges x3: 21% 6% AA Elemental Honing x5: 35% Anti-Champion Nosecone: 25% (against Champions) Argent Ordnance: 15% Final multiplier: 5.07× damage! That means a single rocket shot deals more than 5 unbuffed rockets, which can easily one-shot even -50 Champions. Survivability Not only do you have these ridiculously buffed rocket shots, but you also have some of the best survivability in the game. The main thing you'll be taking damage from in this build will be your own rocket shots! You have constant Woven Mail, Frost Armor, 40% DR from CODA armor, 50% DR from Winter's Shroud, Amplification, Facet of Protection, and Transcendence. Here is the calculation for all the DR in this build, and it's very easy to keep them all active in this setup. Woven Mail: 45% Frost Armor x5: 35% CODA 4-piece: 40% Winter's Shroud: 50% Amplified: 15% Facet of Protection: 15% Transcendence: 20% Final DR = 93.80% You would take approximately 6.20% of the original incoming damage!
