Is Necromancer the best presearing boss farmer now?

Showcasing the Bone Horror change to Guild Wars Reforged following the 6/24/2026 skill rebalance. The reduced casting time alone makes this much better. These are the groups I bother killing when I want to farm runes/insignia. I only pick up blue/purp/cold/green and trophies. Let me know what you think!
