Hey there, today I wanted to go over the AYESHA & give you some tips & tricks on what to focus on (and why) :) This video is divided into the different parts of the body - however, as for most pole moves, what one part of the body is doing affects the other body parts, so it's all connected & the division I made is just to be able to focus on each part & explain what is going on in a (hopefully) less complicated way :) I recommend to watch this video before you start your workout & later just revisit the parts that are essential for you :) When you work on your Ayesha, try to pick out some of the cues (e.g. "look at the "top-arm"-leg AND tilt your hips") rather than trying to remember it all. This video is not so much a follow along, but rather meant to give you the necessary insight to be able to figure out what you can improve in your ayesha/ or what you have to pay attention to to be able to nail this move. Don't forget: Practise makes perfect! Keep going, don't get disheartened! Better to work on bits & pieces & progress slowly but steadily, than to overdo it & end up getting injured or getting the technique wrong. Also, here's the timestamps for the different parts of this video: 00:00 Intro & Demo of Ayesha 00:24 Difference Ayesha - Handspring 01:05 Structure of the video 01:29 Hands: True grip & twisted grip 05:02 Arms 09:00 Torso/Upper body 12:48 Legs 18:33 Bum 21:28 Additional Tips 24:45 Summary 25:57 Wrap-Up Have fun! #poletutorial #ayesha #poletechnique #focusontechnique #pdayesha #pdskills #poledancers #polelovers #trainsmart #pdtutorial
