I left Central metro station by 9:25 AM and reached St.Thomas Mount by 10:00 AM in the morning . It's one of the shortest and on demand metro since it connects Chennai railway station , Bus Stand and the important tech parks near Ekkatuthangal . The fare comes to the at 40/- . The distance is approximately 15 kms and the travel time is 40 minutes or so . The weather in Chennai was a bit rainy and a bit dull . I could'nt record the underground stations since the outside would be pitch dark and nothing interesting would be seen outside . So started to record from the elevated line only .
