Pickaway County Commissioners + P3 Approve Major CRA + TIF Tax Abatement | August 25, 2026

TVAO attended and recorded the August 25, 2026 Pickaway County Commissioners meeting, where P3 and NorthPoint Development presented a major industrial development near Duvall Road and Lockbourne Eastern Road in Madison Township, followed by commissioner approval of a CRA tax abatement, TIF resolution, and school compensation agreements. NorthPoint described a two-building industrial park totaling roughly 1.5 million square feet, including a 474,000-square-foot first phase and a future building of approximately 1 million square feet. The tax package discussed includes 100% CRA abatement for 15 years for qualifying manufacturing uses.
