Mercedes Vito Ex-Police Van Camper Conversion - VW Transporter Alternative?

For any interest in conversions message Ben at dwelcamperco@gmail.com or check him out on instagram here https://www.instagram.com/dwelcamperc... In today’s video, we’re taking you on a full tour of one of our recent customer projects—a converted ex-police Mercedes Vito High Roof that’s packed with stealth, space, and serious character. This isn’t your typical VW Transporter build. We’ll show you how the Vito holds its own—and maybe even beats the VW—when it comes to space, budget-friendliness, and low-profile camping. Built with simplicity and practicality at its core with clever details that make a big difference. What makes this project even more versatile is that Ben’s modular design system can be adapted to fit virtually any van shape, allowing for flexible layouts that suit each owner's needs and space. Whether it’s a high-roof Vito, a classic panel van, or something more niche—this setup proves just how adaptable a smart design can be. #vanlife #conversion #campervan
