Bullies in the Workplace

Getting rid of a known bully at work is not easy, but it can be done with the right support and strategy. Companies/organisations don’t want the negative PR because it affects their bottom line through reputational damage, so why is it so hard to get them to promptly act when a complaint is first laid about the known bully? I say, a lack of moral fortitude and courage. Everyone knows what’s happening but no one wants to make the first move out of fear of the bully. But act they must.
