A Peaceful Life on a Small Farm | Working in Beautiful Autumn 🍂

Before winter arrives, we carry out some typical autumn farm tasks, such as cleaning out the barn gutters, re-installing windows and windbreak curtains on the barn and setting up pastures for our heifers—who are helping us this year by grazing down the sown grass on one of our fields. Its a great time for trail riding. I hope you enjoy the beautiful autumn colors in this video. Thanks for watching! We have 60 heads of cattle, mainly simmetal breed and we milk about 35 of them. We farm in a fairly hilly area so our equipment is relatively small. Currently we own 5 tractors: Fiat DT55-56, New Holland TN70DA, Deutz Fahr Agroplus 85, John Deere 5085M and John Deere 6M 125. We work around 20 hectares of mainly grass fields and about 4 hectares for silage corn. We also have 7 hectares of forest. #smallfarm #dairyfarm #countryside #farmlife #rurallife #farmvlog
