HoloBio Fiji Demo - GUI Overview and RT DHM module demo using holograms recorded at EAFIT university

Ported from HoloBio Python. The reconstruction methods follow the Python reference implementations; the real-time DHM compensation also follows the EAFIT MATLAB live tool.
