Migraine and Tinnitus

In this interview Dr Teixido reviews the relationship between migraine and tinnitus. Specifically he discussed how most tinnitus sufferers are unfortunately told there is nothing to be done and to learn to live with it. There is good evidence that for persons with migraine, hearing loss and tinnitus that migraine management can reduce the annoyance of tinnitus by reducing loudness and fluctuations in volume. Volume fluctuations and changes in the character of the tinnitus are signs that migraine may be at work. The interviewer is Dr Brian Worden from Alleviate Tinnitus Therapy in California.
