Bullet train to Kyoto | Foodie Diaries in Japan

Tsukiji Market to a Kyoto dance floor, all in one day. We started the morning eating our way through Tsukiji Outer Market (sushi, matcha shaved ice, souffle pancakes, strawberry mochi), then caught the shinkansen from Tokyo to Kyoto. Dinner was fire ramen and wagyu sushi, then we ended up at Cafe Rumbita for salsa and bachata, followed by karaoke well past midnight. What a full yet fun day of exploring Japan!
