Long ago, two great factions divided the land: the Realm of Eternal Summer and the Realm of Eternal Storms. Summer was a peaceful kingdom, living in uneasy harmony with the creatures of old. Until the Storms surged from the darkness and began to consume everything in their path. Some say the Thunderbirds, birthed within those storm clouds, were the first sign of corruption. Wherever a Thunderbird was seen, ruin soon followed. Towns vanished. Fields blackened. Hope drowned beneath thunder. The brave king and queen of Eternal Summer raised an army to face the destruction, but they were losing. Until the day the dragons returned. Alongside human warriors known as Dragon Riders, the dragons led a final charge into the heart of the tempest, driving the evil back into the storm clouds where it belonged. For four thousand years, Terraventus has been healing. Dragons have faded into myth, and Storm Ravens into bedtime warnings, stories told to keep children quiet and close to the hearth. Guilds now dot the land. Crime has crept into the cracks left by old empires. Magic, once vibrant, has thinned to a flicker. But now, something new is stirring within the Storms. The land is breaking again. Ruin spreads across the kingdom. One by one, towns are falling. The magical shield protecting the capital is weakening. Factions within the dorms are beginning to form, and tensions grow as the students further explore the potential that is held within the rituals they discover. And soon… you will hear a roar.
