#acrylicpouring #fluidart #MinaVillegasArt #sandwichpour #EarthTones #Elegamt Hello My Beautiful People! Welcome back to our garden! Last week we did a really fun Marbled background using the Sandwich Pour Technique. I love that piece, but I had used my Chromacryl White (which I know creates a lot of cells) and tonight I want to use my Amsterdam Titanium White, so that we get slightly less numbers of cells in the final piece. You can watch that video here if you missed it    • Beautiful Marbled Effects Made Easy with P...   When I was layering my cups for the Sandwich Pour at first I drizzled paint off my stick, and then just poured it. Since my White paint was on the thinner side, it was hard to control the colors and I felt they were sinking under the surface, instead of sitting on top. To combat this issue, and give me more control of the paint, I decant my colors into smaller paper dixie cups, so that I can pinch the tip and have better control of how much paint comes out. This worked beautifully. I love these colors, they are so beautiful and warm together! I love the way that the Nickel Azo Gold plays with that deep Burnt Orange. Colors Golden B. Burnt Orange Nickel Azo Gold DecoArt Americana Decor Metallics 24K Gold Liquitex Basics Cadmium Yellow Deep Amsterdam Titanium White Pouring Medium: Golden Heavy Gel Gloss Floetrol There is NO Silicone in Any of My Paint. Observations: Sooo even though I used my Amsterdam paint I still got a ton of cells, but in gold this time. i am fairly certain that is because I flipped my cups into puddles of gold. I started doing that a long time ago, intentionally to create gold cells. So I may have to do this one again, but using a little less gold in the cups and not flipping them into puddles of gold. This is the fun of fluid art, figuring out what made what happen and why.. and then using that knowledge to create intentional art. I hope you guys enjoyed this pour.. if you did please consider Subscribing to my channel. Please leave me a Like and Comment and let me know what you think, or what you'd like to see me pour. If you can, please Share this video. It helps me so much and I really appreciate all the support my amazing subbies give! Thank you so much for your time with me, I will see you again on Sunday! Its raining here in Los Angeles this week, so no dried results for this one, but I will put them in Sundays video! much love to you all! ~Mina music from Epidemic Sound
