KK’s Priest - The Sentinel - First Performance (as KK’s Priest)

I believe this is the first time KK has performed The Sentinel since 2004 and for Ripper, 2002. From a response to a comment: The show was incredible. A pretty short set by both. But the song selection was amazing, W.A.S.P. especially. We were spoiled last night with a multitude of tracks that either haven’t been played in almost 40 years or, in the case of their cover of Easy Living and Mr. Cool, never before performed. They had their typical use of backing tracks, like they’ve had since, at least, the 90s, but I think they realized, this tour, that we want to hear Blackie whether it sounds the best or not. They had some really cool stuff playing on the three screens behind them, including all of their music videos, not to mention the stage, which was a combination of their 1st four album covers. Finally, I got one of Mike Duda’s played picks! 🤘 I would say, KK’s Priest sounded a bit better, AJ Mills took the blunt of the solos and killed it. Sean Elg is an absolute monster, especially on KK’s new tracks. The few mistakes they had at the beginning of songs can be forgiven because it was the first tour stop. KK still shreds. His Victim of Changes so it was legendary. And Ripper’s still got it obviously.
