Multi Router...Cutting Tenon

I am cutting a 1/4” by 1 1/4” tenon using the Woodpeck tenon template holder and template. I am using a 1/2” diameter solid carbide end mill. I had to use the .020” oversize tenon insert with this router bit. I cut my wood 2” wide and centered it on the center line of the multi-router table. For repeatability, I cut a 3” wide spacer to go between the factory stops and my piece of wood. I centered my tenon up and down on the wood by subtracting the tenon width from the wood thickness and then dividing that number by two. I then set my feeler gauge to that thickness and placed it between the stylus and template guide. I adjusted the stylus down until it the feeler gauge was snug between the stylus and the top of the template guide.
