We kicked off our morning by driving down from Shillong into the mist-covered landscapes of Sohra (Cherrapunji). From hidden cascades to limestone caverns, this day had a bit of everything. What We Did Today:Road Trip from Shillong : Scenic drives through foggy mountain passes. Lyngksiar & Prut Waterfalls: Stopped by these breathtaking, gushing natural falls. Mawsawa Falls: Relaxed by the clear, rush of waters surrounded by lush greenery. Lunch Break: Refueled with a delicious meal at the famous Orange Roots Restaurant. Mawsmai Cave: Navigated through the famous illuminated limestone caves and natural rock formations. Homestay Dinner: Wrapped up the evening in Cherrapunji by cooking a home-style meal together at our cozy stay.
