FULL ARMS | MAINTENANCE ERA - DAY 2

Today I felt my arms really big and for since I’m really happy for the results that I’m getting right now even because I am not bulking. I am not cutting as I said it in the last video I’m in the middle so I just hope that in the future, maybe I will get some extra pounds of muscles during the bulk. Maybe in the winter bulk I will reach more than 200 pounds. Tomorrow I will have to do legs and maybe I will squat a huge weight because I really feel that I can do it.
