Why Is HYBE’s New Group CORTIS Trending Before Debut?

HYBE’s newest boy group, CORTIS, hasn’t even officially debuted yet, but they’re already all over the internet — and not just for their music. From their pre-release song to unexpected controversies, the buzz around these five teens is unreal. Originally known to fans as “BIGHITNBG,” CORTIS is BIGHIT MUSIC’s first boy group in six years since TXT, so expectations are sky-high. But with viral moments, mixed opinions, and drama before their debut track drops on August 18, everyone’s watching to see what happens next. This might just be the messiest — and most talked-about — debut of 2025. #cortis
