Kenmore 148.13110 vintage sewing machine wheel won’t rotate, totally stuck

This is a long video freeing up an old kenmore sewing machine that has seized. Sorry it’s so long but it was the whole process of getting it moving again. Maybe it could be useful to some by with the same problem.
