My first time selling art at Dokomi! Was it worth it?

My first expereince as an artist at Dokomi was truly a journey I will never forget. From preparing my artwork and setting up my table to meeting so many amazing people, every moment was exciting, challenging, and rewarding. Being part of the artist alley in Halle 4 was a dream come true. I had the opportunity to showcase my art, talk with fellow artists, and connect with visitors who genuienly appreciated my work. Seeing people stop by, browse my prints and handmade stuffs, and purchase something i created was an incredible feeling that made all the hard work worthwhile. of course, there were also lessons to learn - managing stock, interacting with customers, and dealing with the nerves of selling in person for the first time. But those experiences helped me grow not only as an artist but also as a creator and small bussiness owner. In this video, I'll share my DoKomi experience, the highlights, the challenges, and what it's really like to sell art at one of the biggest anime and Japanese culture conventions in Europe.
