EAS Tornado Warning

This is an Emergency Alert System activation in Manatee County due to a Tornado Warning. This was recorded on 06/06/2013 at 1143EDT on WVEA-DT. I don't normally watch Spanish speaking channels, I was just channel surfing at the time looking at other stations storm coverage and happened to hear this on one of the networks. I hit record as soon as I heard it, but as a result, the SAME tones at the beginning are missing. I hit record during the attention tone. This video is completely unedited and was uploaded straight from my capture card.
